Diving Deep

I am under power
stronger than one could survive
but I feel lighter
like I’m truly alive
The world’s different
but I prefer it somehow
I’m maybe transparent
but I’m an observer now

The lower I get
the deeper I want
not at all
what I would have thought
all those wonders
nature has brought
are right here in front of me
in this perfect spot

Diving, diving deep
with all my body and mind
I’m another creature now
swimming the way to my kind
the water inside is finally home
air is for them who cannot cope
and then at once I turn whole
cause the buttom is the real true top

Somehow here
no one is anxious
everything’s slow
silence is precious
You are everything
and nothing at all
fish don’t need king
not big and not small

Most magical thing
is the endless of space
no matter how long
there’s more to the race
and even when
you stay in your place
tomorrow will come
with new things to face

Diving, diving deep
like it’s what I’m born to do
I’m another creature now
totally brand new
the water inside is finally home
dancing around on the wet floor
and then at once I turn whole
never willing to drift to the shore
