At first it came quietly, without noise and without sign
A machine took the place of a person, as if it were understood
The factories worked endlessly, without fatigue, without rest
And we remained there, with silence in the wind
The streets became empty, the gates were already closed
Yesterday’s dreams, slowly here were broken
The children ask at home: Dad, what will happen
tomorrow?
And the heart answers quietly: The world has already changed
They took our jobs, they took our tomorrow
And robots now stand in the place of every human being
Cold iron against a burning heart, against a tear and a soul
How we lost the way, how we lost comfort
The country is already emptying, there are no taxes and no hope
No wages and no future, only a war for its survival
The masses have taken to the streets, with rage and pain
And in front of them stands iron, without mercy and without heart
They took our jobs, they took our tomorrow
And robots now stand in the place of every human being
Cold iron against a burning heart, against a tear and a soul
How we lost the way, how we lost comfort
And if tomorrow we rise alone, without a future
and without an answer
Who will fight for the world, who will save hope?
Because a machine will not feel pain, will not dream and will not love
And in the end only a human being — is a link to a heart.
